Storyline
Actually, I Am (Jitsu wa Watashi wa) is a romantic comedy anime that blends high school hijinks with supernatural surprises. The story follows Asahi Kuromine, a kind but terrible secret-keeper, who accidentally discovers that his crush, the shy and mysterious Yōko Shiragami, is actually a vampire. To protect her secret and let her stay in school, Asahi promises not to tell anyone—but things spiral out of control as he uncovers even more classmates hiding bizarre identities, from aliens to werewolves. What begins as a simple crush evolves into a hilariously chaotic tale of friendship, love, and supernatural secrets.
