DD Next Level (also titled Devil’s Double Next Level) is a 2025 Tamil horror‑comedy directed by S. Prem Anand, the fourth installment in the Dhilluku Dhuddu franchise. Santhanam stars as Krishnamoorthy (“Kissa”), a sarcastic film critic who gets mysteriously trapped inside a movie during a private screening.
The ghostly director, played by Selvaraghavan, threatens him unless he quits reviewing films and his only way out is to write his family’s escape. The film also features Gautham Vasudev Menon, Geethika Tiwary, and Yashika Aannand. Music is composed by OfRo, with cinematography by Deepak Kumar Padhy, and editing by Bharath Vikraman. It released in theatres on 16 May 2025, and began streaming on ZEE5 from 13 June 2025.
