Run’ is a thriller about Chloe, a teen in a wheelchair. Her mom, Diane, is super protective and keeps her isolated. Chloe’s homeschooled and takes meds every day, but she starts seeing weird stuff that makes her think her mom’s hiding some messed-up secrets.
The more she digs, the more she finds things like manipulation, medical abuse, and control, which threatens her freedom and life. Stuck in the house, Chloe has to use everything she has – her brains, her strength, and never-give-up spirit – to get away. The movie looks at things like when parents are too obsessed, when someone takes advantage of a disability, and what trust and survival mean. The movie is fast moving and tense that keeps you on the edge of your seat.
